The Ferretti Group raises the bar in the american market at the 55th Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show with strongest sales year to date in the Americas, largest commitment to inventory yachts and the world debut of the prestigious Riva 122’ Mythos

Ft. Lauderdale, FL. October 30, 2014 – The 55th Annual Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show marks another milestone for the Ferretti Group, world leader in the design, construction and sale of luxury motor yachts, comprising a unique portfolio of some of the most exclusive and prestigious brands in the nautical world. The Group has achieved unprecedented results in the Americas, completing the strongest sales year to date for the fifth consecutive year. With eight different sales centers in North America along with an expanding dealer network in South and Central America, the Group has one of the strongest distribution and service networks of any manufacturer in the Americas.

The Ferretti Group has made a significant commitment to the Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show, showcasing an impressive lineup of 15 new yachts and the prestigious world debut of the Riva 122’ Mythos, the largest Riva ever built. The Group’s exposition will comprise four different display areas including a main display for the Group presenting yachts by Ferretti Yachts and Pershing, a unique new Riva display showcasing the highly anticipated 122’ Mythos, a CRN boutique display at SYBASS, and a separate display area for Allied Marine Brokerage and Charter, which will be showcasing 17 brokerage yachts between 64 to 116 ft.

A selection of the most successful models of the Group’s brands will be on display, including:

• Ferretti Yachts 960, Ferretti Yachts 870, Ferretti Yachts 800, Ferretti Altura 840, Ferretti Yachts 690;
• Pershing 92, Pershing 82, Pershing 74, Pershing 62;
• Riva 122’ Mythos, Riva 86’ Domino, Riva 63’ Virtus, Rivale, Rivarama Super, Aquariva Super and Riva Iseo.

The Ferretti Group’s continuous approach to innovation and research along with a constant improvement in the performance and design of the product, leads the Group towards the highest industrial benchmarks and the development of cutting-edge solutions. The latest technical innovations are:

- the exclusive floodable garage, available both on Ferretti Yachts 960 and on CRN 125 60mt “J’ade” mega yacht, which is completed by an extraordinary luxury beach club on the water surface;
- the Convertible Top, an exclusive patent by the Group, presented on the new project of Riva 88’ Florida, which can transform an open yacht into a coupé thanks to the handling of the hard top;
- the Dual Mode Transom, another Ferretti Group’s exclusive patent, which matches into one single system the floodable garage, the stern plunging platform and a wide beach area, available both on the new Ferretti Custom Line Navetta 28, which made its debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2014, and on the forthcoming Custom Line 108’, which will debut on 2015.

The Group continues to reinforce the importance of its Americas organization by finalizing its expansion distribution in North America with eight sales centers including Miami Beach, FL; Palm Beach, FL; Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Stuart, FL; Newport Beach, CA; Newport, RI; Sag Harbor, NY, and the newest annual sales center in Huntington, NY. In Latin America the Group has strengthened its presence in Colombia, Peru, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Brazil, Venezuela, Panama, Argentina, Uruguay, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and Chile along with opening a sales boutique in Mexico City, which made its grand opening this past October.

Ferretti Group has also made a significant commitment to the Allied Marine Brokerage and Charter division, with the opening of a new, high‐profile, Allied Marine office, located in Fort Lauderdale’s “marine mecca”, Bahia Mar Yachting Center. The location serves a dual role for the Group as the headquarters for Allied Marine’s Luxury Yacht Charter Division and as the Allied Marine‐Ferretti Group Super Yacht Division, which is focused on sales of new and pre‐owned yachts over 100 feet in length.


Ferretti Group World Debut:

RIVA 122’ MYTHOS
The new flagship of Riva is 122ft long and 25ft wide. The Riva 122’ Mythos is the first planning aluminum hull for the 173 year old brand with extremely elegant and spacious exteriors guests to truly a enjoying the time spent cruising together in pure Riva elegance and craftsmanship. The large main deck cockpit features a large and comfortable sun pad and a table which can host up to ten people. The salon and the dinette have large windows with an amazing panoramic view and are connected to the helm station; the wide galley, which can also be accessed from the crew area of the lower deck, is located to the front of the deck, after the helm station. The lower deck, amidships, hosts the owner’s suite and the guest cabins while the crew area (one captain cabin and two twin crew cabins) is located to the bow. There are three possible layouts, with three, four or five cabins according to the owner’s request. From the cockpit on the main deck it is possible to access the aft bathing platform which separates the two garage hatches, designed to host the tender (approximately 16ft long) to the left and the jet sky to the right. The platform has been designed with an electro hydraulic system which allows users to safely plunge into the water or dive from the aft area. Large glass side windows guarantee a high quantity of light under deck. The sun deck, which can be accessed from an external ladder, was designed to offer the owner and his guests the utmost comfort; featuring a Jacuzzi swimming pool surrounded by wide sun-bathing sofas, with a dinette area and foldable table. The Mythos also showcases a second retractable helm station. The Riva Mythos gets to a peak speed of 27 knots, with a cruising speed of 25 knots, thanks to two MTU 12 V 4000 M 93L engines.


Ferretti Group Latest New Model:

FERRETTI YACHTS 650
The Ferretti Yacht 650 immediately strikes the eye for its truly distinctive profile. Its outer silhouette is characterized by an aerodynamic flybridge and new fiberglass decorative elements that “cut” through the profile of the glazing in the superstructure. An unprecedented decoration connects the windows of the three cabins below deck, providing the craft an even more captivating look. Its slender lines are further enhanced by the yacht’s aft area, specifically designed to ensure easy and safe tender handling and increase the guests' onboard comfort. A lift, which can be lowered by over 3ft with respect to its original position, has been installed on the yacht to handle the tender without any davit. As is the case on all models in the range, on this 65-footer to the Shipyard is proposing several different layouts both on the sundeck – which also comes in the hard-top version – and indoors. Ferretti has indeed designed a “TaiHe Ban by Ferretti” edition of the 650, targeted in particular at Far East owners. This concept also includes a series of areas that have replaced others and are exclusively devoted to business meetings and social events. The Ferretti Yachts 650 is equipped with Caterpillar engines. The standard engine configuration - a pair of 1015 hp C18 engines – allows the yacht to reach a cruising speed of 27 knots and a maximum speed of 30.5 knots. The optional engines (1150 hp), in turn, can push the yacht to a cruising speed of 30 knots and a top speed of 33 knots.

FERRETTI CUSTOM LINE NAVETTA 28
This model immediately strikes for its absolutely innovative outer area and the panoramic dining area embraced by the circular glazed sliding door system, featuring the utmost flexibility of the upper deck. Ferretti Custom Line Navetta 28 is plenty of innovative solutions. The wide sun deck is a comfortable private deck, which can be fitted with a Jacuzzi and a shadow-maker. On the main deck a continuous glazing stretches from bow to stern, while four innovative, extraordinarily large, stanchion-free hull windows have been installed for the first time at the height of the four guest cabins. The aft area features a cutting-edge innovation. Dual Mode Transom (DMT), a patent by Ferretti Group, perfectly blends into one single system a floodable garage, a bathing platform, and a beach club of unparalleled dimensions on any other models of similar size. The standard audio/video equipment is truly impressive. This amazing system, called “VOTIS” (Videoworks One Touch Infotainment System) allows to control through an iPad the whole entertainment system installed in the main deck salon. Upon request, the control system can be extended to the other areas of the yacht. The yacht is fitted with two MAN V8 1,200 hp engines that allow it to reach a maximum speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 13.5 knots. Electro-hydraulic stabilizing fins with underway function and gyroscopic stabilizers come standard on this yacht.

PERSHING 70
Pershing 70 surprises and appeals to long-time and new brand enthusiasts alike for its futuristic and imposing shapes, its increasingly dynamic lines and innovative design solutions, further enhanced by two large side wings, providing a unique look to the yacht. The flagship of a new Pershing generation can catch the attention of those yacht owners who are looking for that inimitable style, a style that can be recognized anywhere in the world and is able to express elegance and speed, power and beauty, technology and safety. Pershing 70 the yacht is fitted with twin MTU 10V 2000 M94 engines (developing a power of 1623 hp), combined with a Top System 85P surface drive system, allowing to achieve a maximum speed of 46 knots and a cruising speed of 40 knots.
